Tencarva Machinery acquires Fischer Process Industries

Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and course of tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with further places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process offers full applications engineering functionality and complete restore and service centres for rotating tools and liquid dealing with tools in each of its places.
Fischer Process’s current management team, together with president Ken Fischer, will stay with the corporate.
